Just Sharing
Good evening to all. My blog tonight will be brief...as I am tired. The reason for the blog tonight? Well, I wanted to share this first picture with you. While waiting at Old Chicago with my friends the other night, I (Peter Parker...ha ha) was snapping pictures of my friends. For this shot, I noticed a purse of my friend's wife and it stuck out to me. I noticed how her hands were positioned on the purse. The feeling that it evoked? Well, it really did not as I thought of keeping the purse in color (red) and putting the purse with a black/white backdrop. Once I edited the picture, there was something that was still missing to me. While editing, I looked at the styling tools in Photoshop and came across an edit that made the picture like it is below. So, I ended up with this picture by accident. Let me know your thoughts.
The second picture was taken at Levi Jackson State Park in London, KY. I dislike taking picture of ducks because when I first got my camera that is the only thing that I took pictures of in learning my camera. Anyways, while walking Matlock World Peace this past weekend, I snapped this picture and just wanted to share with you all.
Last, but not least, MdubP in the house!!! The purpose of this picture, eh, just because I want to post it. :). If I had to come up with something...it would be... Always seek and discover the challenge and never settle for even the bigger stick is still a stick. If that did not make sense to you, you are probably not alone.

Been A Long Time...
Good evening to everyone. It has been a few months since I last posted a blog on here. I became very busy with work and it seemed to be easier to post pictures on Facebook rather than taking the time to blog about the pictures that I posted. In 2012, I will be more realistic when it comes to putting up new pictures on this blogsite. I am still busy with work and travel, but I hope that blogging will be a good outlet for me to share with you the stories behind my adventures (like it was in 2011). I want to first give a special thanks to those that read my blog in 2011 and continued to support me with my "photography". I am excited about what 2012 has to offer in experiencing and capturing memories. If you know of places that would be good to take pictures, please let me know for I am always interested in a new adventure. I also hope to improve my photography and maybe even do some prints (now that is a far off goal for 2012).
So to begin 2012....I want to introduce to you all my new little puppy...Matlock World Peace. I am trying to prep him in becoming a Cubs fan :).
The third picture was taken while at a church service with my Girlfriend in Lexington, KY. The sunlight coming through the window was enhanced after the burning of the incense during the evening mass.
The fourth picture was taken in downtown London, KY. This picture is of Weaver's Hot Dog Stand, a famous restaurant listed in various eatery books on Kentucky.
Finally, the picture below. :)

The second picture was taken at night in Winchester, KY. As I was taking pictures downtown, I passed by a store front that looked like someone was remodeling the inside. I saw written on the backwards and frontwards the following saying, "God is my Savior." Who ever wrote this wanted to convey the message to not only those on the inside, but for the passerby on the outside.

The fifth picture was taken while walking in Lexington at Gratz Park.
